I get an error saying
"Filetype not allowed. The admin is accepting complaints regarding this right now.


An error occured. The image could not be added because it already exists or it is corrupted."

I know the video isn't on the site unless it's tagged incorrectly

Could be because your account is new and you need to upload more pics.

About the second one is probably that the pic was uploaded and then 'deleted' but still in the system, so uploading the exact same file will tell you that error message
